Due to the way these Brazilian beans are dried this coffee tends to have a sweetness and acidity balance with a lighter body. Most Popular Roast: MEDIUM/DARK Light roasting is sweeter with a slight tang. Dark roasting mutes the acidity and deepens the flavors. |

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe |
These coffee beans are taken from the fruit immediately after harvest which rounds the flavors of fruit and wine, as well as the floral aromas. This is a light, sweet, fruity, unique coffee. Most Popular Roast: MEDIUM/LIGHT Light roasting is sweet and vibrant. Medium roasting is still sweet, less acidic and vibrant. DARK ROASTING IS NOT RECOMMENDED

This Reserve coffee has a medium body and acidity. It also has a slight cinnamon flavor. Most Popular Roast: MEDIUM/DARK Lighter roasting heightens the acidity and vanilla aroma. Darker roasting mutes the acidity and brings the nutty aromas to the front. |

Sumatra Mandheling |
A coffee known for its complexity, heavy mouth feel, and deep, earthlike and bittersweet chocolate flavors. This coffee is resonant and lingers in the mouth. It also has the characteristic of sweetening as it cools. Most Popular Roast: DARK Medium roasting produces a lighter, but deep cup with muted flavors. Darker roasting allows the earthiness and chocolates to dominate. LIGHT ROASTING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. |
