Sumatra Mandheling |
A coffee known for its complexity, heavy mouth feel, and deep, earthlike and bittersweet chocolate flavors. This coffee is resonant and lingers in the mouth. It also has the characteristic of sweetening as it cools. Most Popular Roast: DARK Medium roasting produces a lighter, but deep cup with muted flavors. Darker roasting allows the earthiness and chocolates to dominate. LIGHT ROASTING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. |

gets its name from the process by which beans are stored in open
sided facilities for several months in order for the moisture of
the monsoon season to dull the acidity and add a pungency to the
bean. Most Popular Roast: MEDIUM/DARK Light and medium roasting heightens the sweet pungency, while darker roasting brings deeper, earthier flavors to shine. |
