Light roasting is sweet and vibrant.  Medium roasting is still sweet, less acidic and vibrant.  DARK ROASTING IS NOT RECOMMENDED

Kenyan coffee is known for its balance, sweet acidity, deep, resonating flavor, with a medium body.

Lighter roasts bring out the sweet acidity.  Medium and darker roasting creates a fuller body and rounds the acidity.
